Interested in Digital Disruption on a major scale… An opportunity has arisen for a C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Azure or AWS Cloud, Entity Framework, Visual Studio Developer to join an expanding B2B Services Merchant that has experienced phenomenal financial records against expected targets for Q1 of 2017, this is a unique and very exciting time to join. Established in 2012, the client are a start-up with a proven business model within the niche but highly lucrative trading sector they currently have over 35 major clients, servicing 3000 users. They have plans for significant expansion Internationally into foreign markets, engaging in new technology challenges vs solutions. You will have the chance to contribute over the entire SDLC, your ideas an input will be valued helping the technical direction and overall architecture of the web application, core areas C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Azure Cloud or AWS, Entity Framework / N Unit, Visual Studio. Working alongside Senior Business Stakeholders and the Chief Information Office as well as this you’ll have a chance to maintain exisiting applications and coach junior members of the development team on all aspects to coding and pattern based development. There are multiple projects that you will be exposed to, enhancing modular functionality, as well as maintaining the existing web applications and legacy systems used by both internal and external clients (over 3000 external application users). Prior experience communicating with senior non-technical business stake holders will be essential. You will be releasing software and updates continuously in 2 week constant sprint cycles. Tools: Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, XML, ASP.NET (MVC), IIS7, Visual Studio, Visio , AWS or Azure Cloud SQL Server, Bootstrap, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Web API, SOAP API, GIT Hub, Team Foundation Server (TFS 2015), SOLID, Object Orientated Development, Kanban, Agile, Pair Programming, JIRA, Microsoft Word.
